INGREDIENTS: Jar of roasted red peppers (or 3 fresh roasted red peppers) 1/2 cup of crushed grain-free crackers (can also use breadcrumbs or regular crackers) **used Simple Mills almond flour crackers 1/2 cup walnuts **used Lark Ellen Sprouted Walnuts 2 tbsp olive oil 1 1/2 tbsp pomegranate molasses 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp fresh lemon juice Optional: 1-2 tsp of ground flaxseed (can help thicken and it adds some extra fibre/nutrients!) Red pepper flakes Dash of cumin Salt + Pepper
